ACPC Admission 2021

To regulate admission in professional technical education, the Government of Gujarat constituted two committees called the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). The committee is tasked to process the counseling of various courses in a fair and transparent manner. ACPC conducts counseling on the basis of the preference and merit of the candidate. The online admission registration starts from 18 August to 15 September (Before 5 Pm).

ACPC D2D Admission 2021

Admission Committee for Professional Courses, Gujarat State has published online admission notification for admission in the second year (3rd semester) of Degree Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) after Diploma Engineering for Academic Year 2021-22.

Eligibility for Admission

• In the Government Notification for Diploma to Degree Engineering admissions, the eligibility for admission is specified as per the norms and guidelines of AICTE. For the year 2021-22, the AICTE guidelines specified 45 % for open category and 40% for reserved category candidates in qualifying examination to be eligible for admission.

GUJACPC Online Admission Process 2018

1. Distribution of Booklet/PIN from designated branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank and Online Registration.
2. Preparation and declaration of merit & Online Choice filling.
3. Admission allotment & confirmation.

ACPC Admission Registration Process

• Admission Advertisement in leading newspapers
• Booklet/PIN purchase from designated branches of Kotak Mahindra bank
• Online Registration on http://www.gujacpc.nic.in
• Online Filling of form and confirmation of Registration
• Document verification at designated help center (if applicable)
• After the registration process, ACPC will declare academic details and merit list of all eligible candidates. Candidate needs to verify merit number and category as mentioned in registration details
• After the merit declaration, the choice filling will be initiated online. Candidates are advised to fill the maximum number of choices available to ensure admission
• The first round of choice filling will be Mock round, based on analysis given candidate should modify their choices or add more choices if not able to secure admission in the actual round
• After choice filling for the actual round, ACPC will allot admission on the basis of merit and choices given by the candidate.
• The candidate wishes to confirm admission, he needs to pay the token fee through designated bank branches or online payment
• It is mandatory to get admission slip on the line after paying a token fee to confirm the admission allotted.

How to apply online for ACPC Admission 2018-19

Step 1: Visit official website http://www.gujacpc.nic.in/

Step 2: To register as a new candidate click the Click Here For New Registration button. By doing so, the New Registration window will be displayed on the computer screen.

Step 3:  Choose the course name and enter details. Verify the details entered and if every detail entered is correct, click the SUBMIT button.

Step 4: The candidate has to fill up personal details in the format as displayed in the Online Registration Form. Set Password.

Step 5: Tick I accept option and click the SUBMIT button.

Step 6: Check Registration Details. If any corrections are required then press Edit Registration Details button. The Online Registration Form will appear with already filled details which can be edited by the candidate. After editing, the candidate has to verify the details entered and if every detail found correct, click Confirm Registration Details button. No changes to registration details will be allowed after this.

Step 7: The candidate will be able to take a printout of the Registration Details only after pressing Confirm Registration Details button. The candidate can click the Print Your Details button for the printing Registration Details page.

ACPC Merit List 2018

ACPC (Admission Committee For Professional Courses) Gujarat, which conducts the counseling for various exams, has released the merit list for Degree Engineering, Pharmacy, B. Architecture, Diploma to Degree (D2D), M.E. / M.Tech. / M.Pharm., M.B.A. / M.C.A. etc. This merit list of ACPC was in response to the non-allotment of seats earlier for the admissions to various colleges.
