If a candidate has pass tet 2 but experience is before passing tet .....then she can apply for the post? Teaching experience at private schools can apply?

I have pass Tet 2 and Tet 1, I have also experienced with 3 year in private school but don't have salary slip or any bank statement as they gave me salary in cash. So can I apply in this ?. What to do ? Please let me know
