CTET July 2020 Notification – Online Application Form, Exam Date, Syllabus Released on Official website. The Central Board of Secondary Education has  released the CTET Examination Notification for the post of Teacher. Candidates can apply through Online from 24-01-2020 to 02-03-2020.

Central Teaching Eligibility Test (CTET) is a national level examination conducted to certify the eligibility of candidates to be appointed as teachers at Primary and Upper Primary levels. It is conducted twice a year in July and December. CTET 2020 July Exam will be held on July 5, 2020.

CTET 2020 Notification

Central Baord of Secondary Education- CBSE has announced the date of application and examination for Central Teacher Eligibility Test- CTET to be held in July 2020. CBSE is going to conduct this exam in 112 cities across the country. The exam will be in 20 languages, for which detailed bulletin will be released on January 24, 2020. The bulletin will provide information about exam, languages, syllabus, qualification, criteria, examination fee, city and other important dates. The official website of CTET is ctet.nic.in where a detailed bulletin will be released.

CTET Eligibility

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.
OR
“Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)”

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII: Elementary Stage

Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
OR
Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
OR

The candidate applying for CTET is required:

  • To go through the Information Bulletin carefully with the entire requirement therein.
  • To satisfy eligibility to appear in the examination.
  • T.o submit On-line application by giving full particulars by accessing the CTET official website ctet.nic.in.
  • To write complete mailing address with Postal PIN Code at the time of applying.
  • Before submission of application form, decide the mode of payment of fee.
  • To keep the Confirmation Page along with the original copy of E-Challan (In case fee is paid through E-Challan) of Syndicate Bank or Canara Bank for future reference.
  • If a candidate submits on-line more than one application, his/her candidature shall be liable to be cancelled and the candidate may also be debarred for future examination(s). No communication will be sent in this regard.

CTET 2020 Admit Card

The admit card of CTET 2020 is issued on ctet.nic.in. Candidates can download it from login by entering application number and password. If candidates are unable to download the admit card or if there is error in it, then they need to inform CBSE regarding the same. On the exam day, candidates have to carry print copy of the admit card.

CTET 2020 Answer Key

After the examination, OMR and official answer key of CTET 2020 is uploaded on the website. The candidates can download it and use to predict score in the exam. The Answer Key are uploaded in the PDF Download format by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Initially, candidates who appeared for the CTET July exam will be allowed to raise objections to the answer keys, if they find it wrong or faulty. The answer key will be released along with the CTET OMR Sheet and Calculation sheet. After analyzing all the objections, the CBSE will release the final answer keys thereafter.

CTET 2020 Result

CBSE publishes result in online mode via login. The direct link to check result can be accessed at ctet.nic.in. Candidates can check result of Central Teacher Eligibility Test in online mode. Any device such as phone, laptop, computer, tablet can be used. Step by step guide to check result is given below.

  • Go to ctet.nic.in.
  • Navigate to link for CTET July 2020 result, which will be available only after result is out.
  • Enter Roll Number & Date of Birth.
  • Click submit button.
  • Result will now display on your screen. Go through it and print it.
