According to reports, Salman Khan plans to finally venture into manufacturing and selling Android smartphones under his unique “Being Smart” brand sometime later this year. ‘BeingSmart’ smartphones will compete with the likes of Oppo, Vivo and Xiaomi in the mid-budget segment. The Salman Khan “Being Smart” Android smartphones will be sold through online platforms like Flipkart, Amazon or Snapdeal and through select offline retail partners, as well.
The phones will be priced around 20,000 Rupees and will compete with Xiaomi, Oppo, Lenovo and Vivo in the same market price range.
