UPSC CDS 1 2016 Final Result declared – check here

UPSC CDS 1 2016 Final Result : The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Friday declared the final results for the Combined Defence Service (CDS) I, 2016 (Officers Training Academy) examinations on its official website. The examination was held by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence for admission into Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai for 105th Short Service Commission Course (for Men) and 19th Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) Course.

The commission has released a list of 199 (153 Men + 46 Women) candidates who have finally qualified, in order of their merit. The written examination was conducted by the UPSC and the interviews was conducted by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence. UPSC CDS 1 2016 Final Result

Union Public Service Commission conducted the Combined Defence Services Examination I, 2016 on February 14, 2016. CDS (I) Exam 2016 has been held for admission to (i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 142nd course commencing in January 2017 (ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala course commencing in January 2017 (iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (pre-Flying) Training course commencing in January 2017 (iv) Officers Training Academy Chennai 105th SSC Course for men commencing in April 2017 (v) Officers Training Academy, Chennai 19th SSC Women Non-technical Course commencing in April 2017.
