Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Recruitment 2016: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) invites Application for the post of 2072+ Assistant Commissioners, Principals, Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) , Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs), Miscellaneous Categories, TGT (Third Language Teachers) at Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti school and its Regional Offices. Eligible candidates can apply online before last date 09 October 2016.

Name of the Posts:

• Assistant Commissioner : 02 posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100/- + 7600/- Grade Pay
• Qualification : Master’s Degree in Humanities/Science/Commerce from a recognized institution/University.

 

• Principal : 40 posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100/- + 7600/- Grade pay
• Qualification : Master’s Degree / B.Ed. or equivalent / Persons working in any of the Govt./Semi Govt./Govt. Recognised/CBSE affiliated Sr. Secondary (10+2) schools/Inter college.

 

• Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) : 880 posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800/- + 4800/- Grade pay
• Qualification : Post Graduate M.Sc. / Master’s Degree

 

• Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) : 660 posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800/- + 4600/- Grade pay
• Qualification : degree course / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

 

• Miscellaneous Categories Teachers : 255 posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800/- + 4600/- Grade pay
• Qualification : Read full notification

 

• TGT (Third Language Teachers) : 235 posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800/- + 4600/- Grade pay
• Qualification : Read full notification

Age Limit : As on 31.07.2016

Assistant Commissioner : 45 years
Principal : 35 to 45 years
Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) : 40 years
All Others Posts : 35 years

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written examination & interview.
