The state government of Gujarat launches the Digital Gujarat Scholarship Scheme for the student of the state.

Instructions

• This Service is available in English Only.
• All fields marked with *(star) are mandatory fields in Online Application.
• Photo uploading for all applicants is mandatory
• Application will be considered complete only when all above these sections are completed.
• If your Input Language is English then you must neeed English Keyboard to fill application form.
• Only one application per applicant will be acceptable for scholarship. If any student submits more than one application either from single institute or from multiple institutions his/her all applications will be rejected by the competent authority and no request from any side will be entertained.
• In case of any wrong/misleading information provided in application shall lead to rejection of the application by Department Authorities.
• All required documents must be carefully scanned as per instructions given.
• Student has to fill his/her application carefully as there is no provision for institution change once the application submits successfully.
• The unreadable uploaded documents will allow competent authority to reject student application.
• The Validity of Income Certificate is 3 years. It is advised to check the Income Certificate issue date before uploading the document.
• Direct Individual submission of this application form will not be accepted in case of students studying inside the state. Only outside students have to fill there form online and submit his/her application form to their native district officer.

• Please select appropriate option from the following: College / University / Standalone.
• Your User Name is your AISHE CODE in digits only. Example:
  (a) For College: If your AISHE CODE is C-0137 then User Name is 137 and you have to select college.
  (b) For Standalone Institute: If your AISHE CODE is S-12345 then User Name is 12345 and you have to select standalone.
  (c) For University: If your AISHE CODE is U-12345 then User Name is 12345 and you have to select university.
• Password is already send via SMS to registered mobile number of your Institute.

• If you do not have AISHE CODE then please contact AISHE cell at KCG.
• For new institutes started in 2017-18 and not obtained AISHE code, should contact affiliating university. Affiliating Universities may compile the list with a temporary 4 digit code, institute name, contact person name and number for further process.
